It's that time of year again, when many people join or return to their health club as part of a
New Year's resolution.

It may mean that despite the abundance of great equipment at my health club, there could be a delay to use some of the equipment. I've been reviewing a new floor routine to fill in the gaps when I am waiting for specific equipment. In the process I have discovered some great online video's of exercise programs that challenge your strength and endurance.
I am hoping that I perform the new routine with a bit more ease and grace than Lucy.
Give yourself the gift of activity.
You don't have to run..... you can walk.
You don't have to sweat it out in hot yoga...... you can perform simple stretches.
You don't have to spin for an hour....... you could discover that you still do know how to ride a bike.

I am returning to daily workouts here at home but mainly because I am feeling a little exhausted and need to get in better shape. I always feel so much better on the days I work out!
